About the Package

The Standard Support Package is designed for those Consultants who wish to deal primarily with Domestic Customers.

Not everyone wants to deal with Business Customers. In fact, there are major benefits in dealing solely with Domestic Customers. For a start it is a lot easier to find and service Domestic Customers as their needs tend to be pretty straightforward. It is also the case that they tend to pay promptly and are very quick to recommend you to other people.

If you are looking to operate Part-Time then the Standard Package is ideal as you will be able to fit the work around the other things you need to do in your life, like childcare, college or another job.

Domestic Customers can provide a very good income and if you feel you need to "Learn your trade" then they are an excellent way of starting out with your Consultancy.

We consider it the best way of starting your IT Consultancy Business. That is why we recommend that even Consultants who take up the Business Support Package start with Domestic Customers before targeting businesses.

As you develop a good name for your business you will be approached, from time to time, by businesses seeking help and we will support you in dealing with them. Should you decide that you want to target Business Customers directly then you would benefit from the Business Support option.

The Standard Package includes:

  1. Printed colour copies of all the essential stationery you need to run your business. All stationery will be customised for your business with your own business details.
  2. Software templates of all the stationery. These will enable you to print them off - thus saving you a fortune on printing costs.
    NOTE
    These templates are normally provided to you on CD.
    For orders placed directly with us, we provide a free upgrade to an external hard drive (minimum size 160Gb) or USB Pendrive (minimum size 32Gb). These are useful tools in running your business. Unfortunately, this offer is not available for orders placed via other agencies due to the high charges of those agencies. The offer only applies to orders placed directly from this website by cheque, postal order or credit card using our Buy Now buttons.
  3. Exclusive geographic area.
  4. Unlimited email support for a year. You can ask us anything concerning your business, whether it is about handling your accounts, managing your customers or any technical issue. If we don’t know the answer, we know someone who does and we will always get back to you.
  5. Five hours of telephone support in the first year. Sometimes you may need a more immediate answer than an email. You will be provided with the phone number of a specific named person to act as your mentor. If they are unable to give an immediate answer they will call you back. Again, you can use this for anything you wish concerning your business. Some mentors are people who have already been through the EnQuant Consultant process and can offer direct and relevant advice.
  6. Online instructions on how to run your Computer Business. This is on a secure part of our website and accessible only to registered users. These online manuals tell you how to make your business successful: From the most elementary detail of how to answer the phone, to our secrets of how to estimate for a job. It also has a number of our documents, spreadsheets, videos and computer programs to help you service your customers.
