What are the main components of HR Complete?
The installation places a number of files on your computer. Two of the most important are the Client program and the Server program.
HR Complete is designed to be flexible in order to meet a variety of organisational and departmental needs. and so you are able to control the location of these files.
The Client Program:
This program is stored on every computer that has HR Complete installed. It contains all the screens and reports that you see when you run the program.
The Server Program:
This program is installed only once in your company. It contains all your data and is able to communicate with the client program. If you have multiple users then each computer will use its own copy of the client program to talk across the network to the company server program. The server program can be stored anywhere on your network either on a file-server or on a PC.
