Can I force a user to log off?
The Users Logged On screen enables the System Administrator to communicate with individual users. By selecting a value of 8 you will force the user to log off immediately and automatically and the system will save any changes that user has made.

This screen updates every 30 seconds and so it could take this time for the message to be transmitted.
