HR Complete is probably the easiest software to install and use. Our commitment to training ensures that you are up and running in no time at all. On the CD we include a large number of training videos detailing how to do most things with our software. We even include a separate training version of the software that ensures you can train your users in a realistic and safe environment. These are all included at no extra cost.
We have also made our repository of policies, forms and documents available on this site. So check out our Document Library and download anything you find useful. Feel free to substitute your own company logo and details. Users who have a registered licence to HR Complete automatically have access to the full listing of free documents. See your licenced software for the details of how to gain access.
HR Complete offers you choice and flexibility. Because it is modular you can add extra functionality or additional users anytime you choose. Depending on your company needs it can run in single-user or multi-user. Adding extra users is as simple as installing another copy on a different machine.
The Core Module of HR Complete covers most peoples needs and we also have additional optional modules available which extend HR Complete even further. Currently the additional modules include ID Cards, and Appraisals.
HR Complete was originally designed to satisfy the needs of two customers of our Consulting Services. One customer is a firm of Solicitors with 100+ staff. The other a services company with multiple UK sites and in excess of 3000 employees.

The feedback we have received is that some people prefer to receive their software on a USB Key. This means that you can copy your licensed software to your server (which has always been permitted in your licence) and then reuse the key for other things.
