Reports
HR Complete has many features that enable you to produce timely and helpful reports. After all, data needs to be used and not just stored.
Every part of HR Complete can be filtered and sorted in anyway you desire and then printed at the click of a button. Suppose you need a listing of all employees at a specific site, or ex-employees who worked part-time in a particular department. These sorts of ad-hoc reports are incredibly simple and take only a few seconds
We also provide a large number of standard reports of all kinds. If your business needs a certain type of report then let us know and we could include it in the next update.
Are you likely to ever need to provide employees with a copy of their records? In the UK the Data Protection Act says that employees have a right to demand it. In other countries there are similar "Freedom of Information" Laws. Using HR Complete that process takes only a few seconds. In addition to these functions, the core program contains a number of highly advanced features normally only found in high end products. These include:
Diaries
Which enables the management team to work more effectively together.
Diaries can be used:
- To track and schedule events
- To record details of actions taken
- To record messages and reminders for themselves and other team members
There is no limit to the number of diaries you can create. Some organisations have a diary for each member of the team. Other organisations have diaries for functions. e.g. one for Birthdays, another for Joining/Leaving etc. Events can be transferred between diaries as often as needed and HR Complete maintains an audit log.
Standard Letters
HR Complete is able to generate the full range of letters that anyone who manages staff may need to issue. All you have to do is select the desired recipients, identify the correct letter then press the print button. All letters can be tailored to suit your company and customised on an ad hoc basis. This approach makes letter printing extremely fast, efficient and cost effective.
Because the standard letter system is integrated into the database, a copy of all letters sent are retained within HR Complete and, therefore, becomes part of each employee’s record. The system can store unlimited items of correspondence, so archiving your paper files could become a thing of the past.
At any time you can see a full history of all the correspondence sent to any individual.
Letters can be printed immediately or at a more convenient time. Watch the screencast alongside to see that this process is many times faster than conventional methods.
As you can expect, everything on the standard letter can be customised for your business. That includes, your company logo, header, footer, watermark and all the text. You can either make use of this customisation to print to blank pieces of paper or you can turn off some of the functions to use pre-existing stationery. You can, of course, also create your own custom letters.
