Support

If you do not have a current support contract then one can be ordered from the Pricing and Purchase Page.

Support is free for the first 30 days and continues to be free for all customers with a current support contract. If you have a Support Request then please contact us by filling in our Support Request Form.

We would ask before contacting the support desk that you first check out the Frequently Asked Questions on this website and refer to the training material and FAQs available on the CD.

Please note that we will require a valid SoftwareID and LicenceID (if outside the 30 days) to provide support.

The SoftwareID is to be found on your CD. Your Invoice also has the details of your SoftwareID and LicenceID. You can also find them recorded in the "Software Registration Form" inside HR Complete. See the screenshot below for an example.
